I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is dedicated to helping clients gain empowerment through perspective and mindfulness. I mainly use cognitive behavioral therapeutic modalities, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and body-mind bridging modalities in therapy. I'm dedicated to helping my clients gain security and confidence in themselves. I am focused on making the therapeutic space a place where you feel safe to express all your thoughts, emotions, past experiences, and whatever else you want to talk about. My early experience is primarily working with youth in crisis, youth transitioning to adulthood, foster care, and juvenile justice. I also have a lot of experience working with childhood trauma, identity development, and faith crises. I am passionate about working with transracial adoption or clients living a transracial experience. I am also passionate about equity, inclusivity and diversity awareness.
